Our intake staff is trained to help you apply for California LifeLine Telephone Service. CLTS provides discounted basic telephone (landline) services to eligible California households. Multiple tiers of service are available, with discounts of more than 50% off normal carrier rates. Additional discounts are available for qualified consumers living on tribal lands. Long distance service, out-of-area calls, and additional phone features are not offered at a discount through CLTS, but can be added by your phone service carrier at normal rates.
