Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Birth Equity Program helps pregnant and postpartum women to coordinate both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of care for Medi-Cal members with the highest need. This program also aims to serve as a cost-effective alternative to Medi-Cal services.
