Meet Tabitha, an MCCAA client who was able to secure housing through our Enhanced Care Management services. 

Tabitha was homeless for four years and was at Bridge Transitional Housing when she was able to connect with our ECM team. Through the ECM Community Supports services, we were able to help Tabitha easily navigate the process of securing housing including home goods for her place!

Tabitha shares with us she has now been clean for 3 years and plans to keep moving forward with her kids. We are so proud of the work she has put into her recovery and well-being. Congratulations, Tabitha!
