Meet Derome, a recently housed community member who received Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services through MCCAA.
Derome was previously homeless for 11 years until he met our ECM team at the D Street Shelter last Spring. He shares he is extremely thankful, especially for our teams' persistence and conviction in helping him throughout this journey.
Derome is working every day to stay on his feet and keep moving forward. Congratulations Derome, and welcome home!
